Job Description

Position Title: Reach Forklift Operator

Overview: We are currently in search of multiple candidates to fulfill the role of warehouse workers. The responsibilities include utilizing a cart for order picking and preparation by navigating various aisles. It is essential to operate at a swift pace to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Training: Candidates must be open to receiving training on operating a reach truck, which may extend up to 50 feet, or a cherry picker that elevates personnel to 50 feet while securely harnessed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order picking
  • Loading of products
  • Warehouse operations
  • Utilization of scan guns
  • Operation of reach trucks
  • Cherry picker operation

Job Type: This position is classified as Contract-to-Hire, with an expected duration of 3 months.

Work Environment: This role is based in a modern distribution center, featuring a spacious 380,000 square foot facility equipped with new equipment and storage racks. The work culture is dynamic and fast-paced, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Music is played at a lively volume to enhance the work atmosphere. Typical shifts are 10 hours long, with potential extensions up to 12 hours. The night shift operates from 2 PM to 12:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with numerous openings available. A professional dress code is required, including steel-toed footwear.
