Job Description: We are seeking a Pace Setter - Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at RockBox Fitness in Gainesville, VA. As a Pace Setter, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes that meet the needs of clients
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in group fitness instruction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
