She Recruits, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urologist to join our healthcare team in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive urological services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various urological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Deliver high-quality urological care, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies. Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations and assessments.

Clinical Services:
Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care in a state-of-the-art clinic. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Collaboration:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain). Proven experience in performing a range of urological procedures. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:
Starting at $500,000 annually.

No On-Call Requirements:
