Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse array of innovative and delightful cocktails, demonstrating your mixology skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interact with customers, suggesting drink options and providing top-tier service to ensure a memorable visit.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, ensuring all necessary tools and ingredients are accessible and well-stocked.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to synchronize food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of bar equipment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours daily.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred or must be obtained as required by local laws.
  • High energy and stamina, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
