Key Responsibilities- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Take accurate food orders and prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food.
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure items are well stocked and ready for customers.
As a Crew Person at McDonald's, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, work with a diverse team, and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of up to $15 based on experience.
