About the Opportunity:

The Fundraising Specialist will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need by securing major gifts for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul-Alameda County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential major donors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and solicit major gifts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors.
  • Collaborate with the development team to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Track and analyze fundraising progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000/year
