We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis care. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a Nurse. You will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in dialysis or nephrology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
