Job Summary

$120,000 per year + competitive benefits package

This role involves on-site clinical evaluations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to increase the frequency and quality of Digital OR product usage.

The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site clinical evaluations and product demonstrations to showcase the use of Digital OR products and services.
  • Provide on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and OR personnel to maximize Digital OR efficiency and usage.
  • Lead installations and establish functionality at new and existing customer sites.
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on the use of Digital OR products and services.
  • Contribute to the quality improvement process by recommending product modifications.
  • Maintain site visits and regular contact with customers to assess satisfaction and usage levels.
  • Work closely with account managers to strategize customer situations, open sales projects, and identify sales leads.
  • Resolve product issues through detailed analysis and utilization of engineering expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments regarding Brainlab and competitive Digital OR products and services through ongoing training and individual research.
  • Attend Digital OR Continuing Education annually and maintain annual product certification competency.
  • Promote Digital OR products and services to surgeons at trade shows.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and report complaints per Complaint Handling SOP.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, Nursing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role for a healthcare company or provider preferred.
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of PC software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proven history of independent decision-making.
