Busser Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move safely through the restaurant.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
