Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Products: Inspect new and incoming products for critical dimensions, fit, form, and function to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Conduct Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to identify and address any quality issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Procedures: Develop and implement quality procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain Quality Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or minimum of two years related experience in quality control.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple verbal and written instructions; ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate basic shop math, geometry, and algebra.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills: Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
