As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and facilitating activities tailored to the interests and needs of the children.
  • Engaging in daily communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in their child's day.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Applicants must successfully complete necessary state and company background checks and meet the minimum educational and experiential requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or a degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
  • Previous job titles may include child care educator, daycare educator, preschool educator, infant educator, toddler educator.
  • MA DEEC teacher certification is required.
