Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Program, you will provide mental health assessments, counseling, and case management services to individuals in the Snohomish County region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, as well as case management services to support patients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including intake forms, assessment results, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and to maintain licensure.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
  • Four or more years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
  • Active licensure as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in the state of Washington.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
