Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that residents receive safe and effective care.
- Assess the health needs of residents and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Provide medication management and administration, ensuring that residents receive the right medications at the right time.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our care processes.
- Current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- 2+ years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
