Service Advisor

Hendrick Toyota Apex is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

• Work closely with customers and technicians to identify and document service, maintenance, and repair needs.
• Provide accurate and transparent estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services.
• Meet dealership standards for repair and order production.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
• Working knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications.
