Creative Designer

Job Summary:

At burton + BURTON, we're seeking a talented Artist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you'll be responsible for creating innovative and marketable artwork for our balloon images, gift, and home decor products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to understand company objectives, target markets, and industry trends to develop trend-right product designs.
• Conceptualize and design marketable artwork for our products, incorporating a variety of mediums and techniques.
• Collaborate with peers and management to refine designs and create mechanicals.
• Possess a strong understanding of graphic and fine art standards, as well as color theory, design principles, and typography.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator on a MAC platform.
• Strong skills in gouache, watercolor, acrylic, digital, and calligraphy techniques.
• Ability to produce precise, accurate, and vendor-ready art boards in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
