Caregiver Associate

This position involves working in a fast-paced long-term care environment, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide individualized care to residents, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, toileting, and transferring.
• Participate in training new staff members and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or completion of a Michigan-approved CNA training program required.
• Previous experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare desirable.
