About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Laredo. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing safe, competent patient-centered care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
  • Participate as an active member of the Nursing Team on the assigned unit/department.
  • Support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practice the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must possess CNA certificate.
  • De-escalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty.
  • BLS (or obtained during orientation).
  • Prefer experience in acute care setting.
