DaVita is seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the legal department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to senior executives and legal professionals.

Your duties will include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and tracking expenses. You will also be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the organization and serving as the ambassador for your lane.

Additionally, you will provide contract administration support at the direction of attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals in the lane. Your ability to execute special assignments and tasks as requested will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

We require a minimum of an associate's degree and prior experience as an administrative assistant. Experience supporting senior executives and legal professionals is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are essential for this role.
