Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Guild for Human Services. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)

In this position, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing routine health care procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also be required to assess emergency situations, contact families and physicians as needed, and participate in team meetings and case reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed practical nurse with two years of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts regulatory standards and ability to implement crisis intervention techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to pass a Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check
