We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Shearer's, a leading manufacturer of snacks in North America. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and machinery.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Install and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance duties to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
