Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and test complex sensors and sub-assemblies, including wiring and soldering.
- Perform visual inspections and minor repairs and rework.
- Complete and maintain relevant paperwork and input information in computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, work instructions, and test procedures.
- Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- Ability to concentrate for prolonged periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with various levels within the organization.
- Competitive hourly rate of $19.50, increasing to $20 after 60 days.
