We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - United FP Management, LLC.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting member engagement, and creating a welcoming environment for all club members.
Main Responsibilities- Member Support: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support.
- Membership Promotion: Encourage members to participate in fitness classes, introduce them to Black Card amenities, and promote membership benefits.
- Club Maintenance: Ensure the club is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive member experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed
- A competitive salary of $48,000 per year
