Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, aligning with the mission and values of Trinity Health.
  • We seek a motivated individual to enhance our Environmental Services team. If you are enthusiastic and eager for personal and professional development, this role is ideal for you.
Specific Duties Include:
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push weights up to 50 pounds, with a fundamental understanding of cleaning techniques such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of rooms, adhering to established protocols to ensure all areas, fixtures, and surfaces are maintained daily or as assigned, efficiently.
  • Follow all infection control guidelines and procedures.
  • Foster positive working relationships and communicate effectively with other departments, residents, families, and colleagues. Respond to all requests with a positive attitude.
  • Report any issues encountered during daily tasks to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Director.
Qualifications:
  • Execute housekeeping functions and responsibilities effectively.
  • Exhibit the Standards of Behavior set by Trinity Health.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a minimum 6th-grade level.
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions and possess high school level computational skills.
  • Capability to lift, pull, and push weights up to 50 pounds, with a basic understanding of cleaning practices.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $19.74

Compensation is determined by experience, skills, and education. The pay range may vary based on location.
