- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in home health or hospice care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
