About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at INYO INC. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the host station, and ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcoming guests and managing the host station with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  2. Reviewing the floor plan and reservation book daily to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move quickly and easily between tables and around the restaurant.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $58,000 - $68,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
