Position Overview:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents. Your contributions will enhance their quality of life and ensure their comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents during meal times, which includes taking orders, serving food, and assisting with feeding as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in resident areas, including room and bathroom upkeep, laundry, and trash removal.
- Engage residents in enriching activities, promoting social interaction and enjoyment.
- Accompany residents to scheduled programs and outings, encouraging participation in community events.
- Monitor and document vital signs and weights as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and residents.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- State Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
