As an HVAC Service Technician with ARS-Rescue Rooter, you will be responsible for diagnosing and addressing customer HVAC concerns, performing service repairs, and providing top-notch customer service. • Diagnose and address customer HVAC concerns, presenting options that meet their needs and expectations
• Perform service repairs at a high proficiency level, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing equipment, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Acquire necessary tools for professional HVAC service, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
• Complete required documentation, explain guarantees/warranties, collect fees, and deliver them to the office in a timely manner

• Minimum three years' experience in residential HVAC services, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on technical skills and knowledge
• EPA Certificate, demonstrating your commitment to environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and good communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds, requiring physical stamina and strength

• Competitive salary range of $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, plus performance incentives paid out weekly via direct deposit
