Position Overview: The MRI Technologist is responsible for reviewing MRI requests and determining the appropriate protocols to ensure high-quality diagnostic images. This role requires the application of proper techniques to capture optimal films for diagnostic evaluation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting MRI examinations
  • Performing clinical responsibilities
  • Initiating IV access for contrast studies as necessary
  • Reviewing MRI safety screening with patients
  • Assessing the MRI safety of implants
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned, including equipment and supply maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Certification as an American Registered Radiologic Technologist and Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist

Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility
  • Demonstrated clinical skills complemented by excellent customer service abilities
