• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa
• Successful completion of a licensed practical nurse program from an accredited college
• Experience or clinical time in inpatient care, skilled care, or LTC
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross
• COVID-19 vaccination
