Job Overview

At Chick-fil-A at First Street, our mission is to exemplify the highest standards of exceptional food and customer service.

As a member of our culinary team, you will thrive in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to uphold our restaurant's mission by preparing top-quality meals with accuracy and attention to detail. You will consistently follow quality assurance and food safety protocols.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions in our kitchen.

Work Schedule

All candidates must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, including availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

Shifts may start as early as 2 PM and can extend until 11 PM.

Compensation

The starting pay is $17 per hour, with the potential for $18 per hour for those with relevant fast food experience and availability.

Each shift includes a complimentary Chick-fil-A meal.

Opportunities for pay increases are available through cross-training and taking on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

While prior experience as a cook, chef, or restaurant crew member is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Applicants should be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.

A California Food Handler's Card is required.
