Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hyatt Regency Orange County. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Offer personalized recommendations to guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest mixology trends and techniques, and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques, bar equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
