Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dishroom Sanitizer to join our team at Employbridge. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the dishroom.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas, ensuring that all items are properly cleaned and sanitized before being stored or put back into use.
• Loading and unloading the dishwashing machine, guaranteeing complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glasses, and utensils.
• Hand washing specific items according to assigned procedures, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Storing and restocking clean kitchenware, maintaining an organized storage system to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Maintaining cleaning supplies stock, transferring these supplies between storage and work areas as needed.
• Keeping a clean and orderly workstation, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Complying with all sanitation and safety policies and procedures, contributing to a safe working environment for colleagues.
• Cleaning work tables and other food preparation areas to meet established cleanliness standards.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possesses excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move frequently throughout the day.
