Job Title: Clinical Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Clerk to join our team at Palolo Chinese Home. As a Clinical Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to our filing system and confidentiality protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting residents with their needs.
  • Assist with various clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and performing data entry.
  • Collaborate with our Administrator, Director of Nursing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
