Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and engage in meaningful conversations with patrons.

• Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status.
• Support the training of new team members and conduct quality assessments.
• Participate in all tasks related to the opening and closing of the café.

Qualifications:

No prior experience or formal education is necessary. All new hires will begin as trainees, undergoing comprehensive training to ensure excellence in service. Following successful completion of assessments, individuals will transition into the Coffee Specialist role.

Work Schedule:

Part-time hours available, with a flexible schedule.
