About the Role

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets.
  • A passion for helping others understand and navigate insurance and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to obtain necessary licenses, such as Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language required.
