As a QMHP registered with the Board of Counseling, you will work with clients in their homes, providing 1-1 mental health counseling and skill building to adults with serious mental illness. Your duties will include taking clients to appointments, linking them with community resources, and completing individualized services plans. We offer a competitive hourly wage, health insurance, accrued PTO, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Skill Building Services
  • Work with clients in their homes and community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized services plans
  • Complete quarterly reports and progress notes
  • Meet regularly for supervision and team meetings
Requirements:
  • QMHP registration with the Board of Counseling
  • Licensed or licensed-eligible in Virginia as an LPC
  • Experience working with adults with serious mental illness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
