Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Compute pay according to company policy and union contract, and prepare government reports.
  • Accounting and Financial Analysis: Compile and prepare payroll data, process payroll deductions, and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Financial Operations: Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedites workflow, and perform daily cash balance analysis.
  • Accounting and Payroll Support: Process daily banking duties, perform accounts payable back up duties, and perform depreciation, capital budget, and credit card back up duties.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or four or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, calculate figures and amounts, and use database software and UltiPro or equivalent payroll system.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Certified Payroll Professional preferred.
