Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Polishing Specialist to join our team at PDP Forward, LLC. As a Polishing Specialist, you will be responsible for polishing brass and sterling silver items to the company's high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read job tickets to determine polishing procedures for items.
  • Have knowledge of polishing compounds, wheels, and tools required for each job.
  • Effectively polish products to meet company standards.
  • Recognize any defects in metal or finish and refer to the department manager.
  • Meet production standards and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have knowledge of polishing wheels and compounds.
  • Attention to detail and ability to lift and/or carry up to 5 lbs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in grease buffing and final polishing of brass and sterling silver items.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production standards.
