Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Dialysis position in the Gordonsville, VA area. We are seeking experienced nurses with a strong background in dialysis care to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our dialysis unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute dialysis, catheter, graph, and fistula care, as well as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in dialysis care
Qualifications:
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia
  • ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
