Apparel Decoration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery and Apparel Printing Specialist to join our team at Get Fast Shirt Apparel. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for embroidering and printing high-quality apparel products.

In this role, you will work closely with our designers to interpret and execute custom designs, ensuring accurate completion of orders within specified deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning equipment, packaging orders, and ensuring a smooth operation of our production line.

• Collaborate with designers to interpret and complete custom embroidery and apparel printing orders.
• Self-manage and organize jobs to meet timely completion goals.
• Prepare machine for garments by loading digitized designs into the network, changing threads and needles when necessary.
• Clean, maintain, and set up machines for each job, controlling and adjusting settings as needed.
• Inspect garments for quality prior to removal from the machine with speed and accuracy.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Embroidery machine experience is mandatory.
• Digitizing and graphics skills are an asset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
• Flexibility to adapt to various areas of apparel production.
