About the Role
The Therapy Manager will be responsible for:
- Promoting clinical development and competency in staff to maximize patient outcomes.
- Communicating clinical issues effectively and assisting with daily operational management tasks as directed by the Director of Operations.
- Providing advanced treatment and comprehensive care to best address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges faced by patients.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in PT/OT/SLP required.
- Current and valid state licensure as a PT/OT/SLP required.
- A minimum of five years' experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
