About the Role

The Therapy Manager will be responsible for:

  • Promoting clinical development and competency in staff to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Communicating clinical issues effectively and assisting with daily operational management tasks as directed by the Director of Operations.
  • Providing advanced treatment and comprehensive care to best address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges faced by patients.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in PT/OT/SLP required.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a PT/OT/SLP required.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
