Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external vendors, staff, and attorneys to manage the firm's caseload, provide case updates, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review legal documents to confirm compliance with all legal standards.
- Organize and maintain case files and related information, whether digital or physical, in line with firm policies.
- Assist attorneys with various aspects of case management, including billing, tracking deadlines, and providing reminders as needed.
- Conduct legal research to gather information regarding health insurance, social security, medical records, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:

- Prior experience in case management processes is required, preferably in roles such as personal injury case manager, legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal within a law firm or related organization.
