Practice Supervisor

**Job Title:** Practice Supervisor - Geriatric Nurse

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Supervisor - Geriatric Nurse to join our team at Zenith Ventures. As a Practice Supervisor, you will be responsible for introducing trainees to the tasks of a nursing specialist and providing regular reflection discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Practice Supervisor and introduce trainees to the tasks of a nursing specialist
• Provide regular reflection discussions with trainees
• Closely cooperate with the training coordinator, nursing management, and department management, as well as the school

Requirements:

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing care nurse with completed further education as a practice instructor
• At least two years of professional experience in outpatient care
• Interest in accompanying, promoting, and supporting our trainees
• Class B driver's license
