About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mammography Technologist/Radiologic Technologist to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiologic exams and producing diagnostic images that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Mammographic Equipment and Other Devices: You will be responsible for operating mammographic equipment and other devices with adherence to established company policies and protocols.
  • Perform Radiologic Exams: You will perform high-quality radiologic exams on incoming patients, ensuring that images are produced in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
  • Produce Diagnostic Images: You will produce high-quality diagnostic images using compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo cell selection, and other adjustments and factors on the equipment.
  • Monitor Patient Well-being: You will monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action.
  • Guide Patients: You will guide patients through the exam process, kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
  • Respond to Physician Questions: You will respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
Requirements
  • ARRT(R)(M) Certification: You must have ARRT(R)(M) certification.
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology: You must have a state license in diagnostic radiologic technology.
  • CPR Certification: You must have CPR certification.
  • Diagnostic Imaging Experience: At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
