Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team at StevenDouglas. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Allocation: You will be responsible for allocating resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring that the right skills are matched to project needs.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers and the engineering team, providing updates, gathering requirements, and addressing any concerns.
  • Project Coordination: Monitor project tasks and deliverables, following up with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Tool Proficiency: Quickly learn and adapt to new project management tools and software to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential project issues early and work collaboratively with teams to develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management).
  • Experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
