Soliant is seeking a skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in individuals of all ages.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual, including children and adults.
  • Provide Direct Therapy: Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to improve communication skills and address specific disorders.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with educators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Regularly assess and document patient progress to inform treatment decisions and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide Education and Support: Offer education and support to families and caregivers to empower them to support individuals with speech and language disorders.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current License: A current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school or clinical setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals, families, and professionals.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve optimal outcomes.
