Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week travel assignment in our Progressive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
