Shift/hours: PRN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents and develop a treatment plan that meets their needs.
  • Choose activities that help residents carry out their daily routine independently.
  • Monitor and assess resident progress, preparing detailed progress reports.
  • Help residents rehabilitate from injury, illness, or other challenges.
Requirements:
  • Valid State OT License.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Current State OT License, required.
