Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medical planning efforts on various healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and partners to deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to master plan development through effective collaboration with the planning and design team.
  • Facilitate client meetings as needed, providing clear updates and progress reports.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their experience and knowledge in medical planning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare-related projects, including HCAI-oriented work.
  • Strong understanding of California Building Codes and ADA requirements.
  • Minimum BArch degree and architectural licensure desired; LEED accreditation a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and graphic abilities using Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 applications.
