Century Savings Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and promoting organizational products and services.

• Manage cash drawers, balance transactions, and verify endorsements.
• Promptly greet customers, promote strong relationships, and offer new products and features.
• Place holds on accounts, provide access to safe deposit boxes, and demonstrate positive risk management decisions.
• Report suspicious activity, perform daily functions, and observe economic sanctions.
• Perform ATM/coin machine settlement, customer assistance, and general platform service responsibilities.
• Coordinate work tasks with other personnel, answer customer inquiries, and research and resolve customer problems.
• Assist in creating Customer Identification File (CIF) records and ensure operational and financial safety and soundness.
• Display a spirit of teamwork and dedication to the goals and objectives of the bank.
